Speakasso Terms of Use
The game
Speakasso is a game where two players describe the same painting and an AI draws its own version from each description and compares it with the original. By playing you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 to play; if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
Conduct
- Do not use insults, threats, discrimination, sexual content or other people's personal data in your nickname or descriptions.
- Do not try to get around the game rules, forbidden words, limits or scoring, and do not use bots or exploits.
- For violations we may reset a round's result, hide a profile from the leaderboard or delete it. You can report abuse in the game (“Report a problem”).
AI and scores
Pictures and scores are produced automatically by AI models. They can be wrong, imprecise or surprising. A score is a game mechanic, not an expert opinion. If a round cannot be processed, it is cancelled and not counted.
Content
- Paintings in the game are reproductions of public-domain works (Wikimedia Commons, museums' open collections). Meme and film scenes are the studio's own illustrations made for the game; film and meme titles are mentioned for recognition and belong to their owners.
- You may save and share your descriptions and the pictures made from them. By playing you allow us to store and show them in the game (to opponents, in your history and collection) for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
Speakasso Plus
- Speakasso Plus is a subscription bought in the Android app through Google Play. The price, period and any trial are shown by Google Play before you buy.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; Plus works until the end of the paid period.
- If there is a trial and you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
- Refunds follow Google Play's rules. The subscription belongs to your game profile and works on all your devices after signing in with the recovery code.
- Plus includes: duels with people without the daily limit, a streak shield (forgives one missed day a week), the gold frame and Plus avatars. We may improve it and will announce any significant reduction in advance.
Limitations
The game is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change the game, rules and design. Nothing here limits your consumer rights under the law of your country.
