Write to us — we usually reply within a day. For anything about your profile, include the recovery code from Settings (“Save your progress”).
The microphone doesn’t work
Allow microphone access in your phone’s Settings → Apps → Speakasso → Permissions. You can also play without your voice: tap “Type” in a round.
Move my progress to another phone
In Settings open “Save your progress” and write down the recovery code. On the new phone choose “Log in with code” and enter it.
Speakasso Plus and refunds
The subscription is managed in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. In the first 48 hours you can request a refund yourself in Google Play; after that, send us the order number (it starts with GPA).
Report a player or a picture
Send us the player’s nickname, roughly when the duel was and what happened. We review every report and can block the player.
Delete my account
Settings → Delete account. Details, including how to do it without the game, are on the account deletion page.
